In the land of Hinoaruchi, which is ruled in separate territories by half-human, half-beast beings—Leopard, Ox, Wolf, and Dragon—Kamuna, a being with the appearance of a human and the left hand of a dragon, is suddenly born in the dragon god gorge, Ryujinkyo.
